This 5min (Ignite style) presentation is about EU funded AVALON project. AVALON is about language learning in Second life. The 2 year development project is undertaken by 26 European partners in 8 countries, 11 of which are universities.
(about Heike) Heike Philp is Managing Director of LANCELOT School, a training center for language teachers in the use of virtual classroom technology which was developed in the LANCELOT project (2005-2007).
